    Corerobix: is a bespoke fitness programme combining Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength Training all choreographed together through movement. The core is about more than a six pack, it is about working the deepest muscle groups in the trunk: bums & tums.

  • Sweat & Stretch

    Sweat & Stretch: is for the more advanced Corerobix student. High energy workout increasing stamina and flexibility with all the movements starting from core engagement. We use a combination of kettlebells, boxing, ski-board, etc finishing with plenty of time to stretch.

  • Remedial

    Remedial: The reason I started Corerobix was because of an accident that left me wheelchair bound. I studied with PT instructors, Pilates, Gyrotonics, Barre and Foam Rolling to help me get back on my feet.

    I have combined all of the instructing I learnt into one program.

    I  understand the importance of the core and feel very privileged to share what I have learnt and studied with you.

  • Corenutrix

    The CoreNutrix philosophy is a life style choice, its not a diet, we help to change your thinking towards food. Don’t eat anything out of a packet or a tin, look at the preservatives listed on packets. Only eat foods with a short shelve life of about 3 days, anything longer will probably require preservatives.  You wouldn’t eat a can of Spam so don’t eat a packet of biscuits, look at the ingredients.   • Foam Rolling

    Foam rolling: is a highly effective in helping stretch and massage the fascia. Fascia is a fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles in our body. Without proper mobility, fibers of the fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles and nerves, inhibiting normal motion and causing pain. Rolling also aids in minimising the appearance of cellulite.

  • Metabolism

    Metabolism: is increased in all our training programmes, as heart rates are raised, bodies are stretched to aid in flexibility and overall well being.

  • Training

    Corerobix: is for everyone: unfit, fit, young, old, everyone needs core strength and stability. It aids in posture, helps prevent injuries in sport and daily life. Training can take place at your own home orCorerobix base.
