COREROBIX is a bespoke fitness programme focusing on Core Strength with a full body Workout, transforming your Body awareness and Postural Alignment.
We use a combination of equipment depending on individual client goals, including the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Cadillac, Mat Pilates and all the traditional Aerobic gym equipment, including Weight Training.
Whether you are looking for Rehabilitation, Strength and Stretching or a more Aerobic session, Corerobix will work with you on your personal plan.
Our private gym is based in the Cotswolds, equidistant to Cheltenham and Stow on the Wold at the beautiful Naunton Downs Estate, set in the middle of a stunning Golf Course. The club house offers a full bar and restaurant to relax after your session
Corerobix: is a bespoke fitness programme combining Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength Training all choreographed together through movement. The core is about more than a six pack, it is about working the deepest muscle groups in the trunk: bums & tums.
Foam rolling: is a highly effective in helping stretch and massage the fascia. Fascia is a fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles in our body. Without proper mobility, fibers of the fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles and nerves, inhibiting normal motion and causing pain. Rolling also aids in minimising the appearance of cellulite.

Remedial: The reason I started Corerobix was because of an accident that left me wheelchair bound. I studied with PT instructors, Pilates, Gyrotonics, Barre and Foam Rolling to help me get back on my feet.
I have combined all of the instructing I learnt into one program.
I understand the importance of the core and feel very privileged to share what I have learnt and studied with you.

Sweat & Stretch: is for the more advanced Corerobix student. High energy workout increasing stamina and flexibility with all the movements starting from core engagement. We use a combination of kettlebells, boxing, ski-board, etc finishing with plenty of time to stretch.

Corerobix: is for everyone: unfit, fit, young, old, everyone needs core strength and stability. It aids in posture, helps prevent injuries in sport and daily life. Training can take place at your own home orCorerobix base.
